Welcome to Twilight of Darkness, a beginner to advanced RPG. Shinotaii is a world limited in technology, but steadily advancing. The In Lands have been ravaged by a war that was "put to a halt" nearly five centuries prior. Nine Chosens will step forward and attempt to stop the war to come - and hopefully defeat the Shadow Leader.

Character Applications (12 sub-boards) Here is where character profiles are made. Inform one of the main staff after the creation of your character. For new members, a sub-board will later be added if you maintain decent activity, or create a second character. All characters are required to be accepted by at least one staff member prior to roleplaying. Don't forget to read the rules!
Character Journals (1 sub-board) Character Journals are for those interested in posting up journals from their character(s) perspective. Write their likes or dislikes, favorites, and fears. Out Lands
Anasae - The Fire Lands (4 sub-boards) The Fire Lands, also known as Anasae in the Ancient Language. It is the first region one must cross to reach the rest of the Out Lands. Red desert sands fill the majority of the land, and sand storms are a common occurance in the desert. Thieves and gypsies rule the dunes, and more of the desert is composed of tribes than cities. The Fire Lands can reach unbelievable temperatures. Much of the region is barren, but Anasae is much more than sand and heat.
Phazien - The Forest Lands (10 sub-boards) Phazien, otherwise known as The Forest Lands, is actually split into different forest-like environments. Each of the different sections are composed of separate climates, habitats, and elevation. The trees naturally range of all different types, too. Phazien is one of the most peaceful nations in the Out Lands and the second largest.
Clenasin - The Water Lands (6 sub-boards) Clenasin, also known as the Water Lands, is a giant mass of the ocean and sea. Clenasin is the largest region among the other lands. Over half the population lives beneath the water in submerged cities. Crenia Ocean creates the majority of the Water Lands. . . and remember, sea monsters are not an uncommon site!
Rinanaise - The Air Lands (4 sub-boards) Rinanaise is the only outer region surrounded entirely by the Water Lands. Half of the Air Lands sit along a small chain of islands surrounded by the sea, and the other half is a section of floating land masses in the sky. They are respectively known as Gaian and Aeria. The angels commonly live within the air, while the Seiren live upon the oceanic islands, but the two often intermingle. They are friendly to all. The wind is a constant factor on Rinanaise, and true trouble is afloat if a gale is not stirring.
Deshmoni - The Spiritual Lands (5 sub-boards) Deshmoni is the smallest out land among the entire lot, yet powerful in measure. The Spiritual Lands are primarily located within a massive valley which makes it ideal for defensive battle strategies. Deshmoni is composed of several fields, valleys, and small bodies of water. Priests and Priestesses are the primary occupants. The land flourishes and a powerful barrier protecting the people from all dark beings and wicked intentions.

Sylan - The Twilight Lands (7 sub-boards) As the name implies, Sylan is known as the lands of Twilight. Sylan remains trapped in a constant state of twilight and nighttime. Upon entering the boundaries, the sun alters and the sky abruptly changes to the night sky or a shade of colors that can only be known as "twilight." The sky and very ground is known to glow at times and equally darken in shadows, too. Sylan is a world of mysteries waiting to be explored.
Kinishikun - The Ice Lands (6 sub-boards) Kinishikun is a wide expanse of a frigid stretches out before any who wish to cross into Kinishikun. The Ice Lands are filled with ice plains, plateaus, caverns, and mountainous terrain. Few outsiders can survive in this bitter and isolated environment.
Human Lands (17 sub-boards) As the name of the land implies, the Human Lands are primarily composed of mortals: the humans. A good number of immortals travel through the land, and some even reside in the Human Lands, but it is not common. Being a land of magic, even a portion of the humans living here possess inhuman talents and powers that are inherited by blood, unique objects, or immortals and the like. The Human Lands are possibly the largest area of land within the Main Lands, and perhaps the most diverse in the area, too.
Elven Lands (7 sub-boards) A forest makes up the majority of the elves' ancient sanctuary. The forest is known as Ellwood and the forest alone creates the Elven Lands, spreading hundreds of miles wide. The elves take refuge in this mass of wood and foliage. In the Human Lands alone, no life can compare to the paradise and general tranquility. The magic of the elves is evident in these lands, and the forest and people do their best to protect one another.
Shadow Lands (5 sub-boards) The Shadow Lands has its areas of particular beauty, but much of the land is scarred from battles and tainted by events in the past. Demons primarily live in the Shadow Lands, and other creatures of night are known to take refuge in the heart of the shadows. It is their citadel against the forces of light and neutrality—humans and elves. Depending on the location, the land may seem pleasant, or entirely barren. Perilous obstacles lie in wait for any traitors or outsiders. These lands are ruled by the Shadow Leader, Kamarou.
Sinotan Islands (6 sub-boards) The Sinotan Islands are a large chain of islands of varying sizes which reside off the coast of the Anvoy Sea. Every island is diverse and separate from the other islands within the chain. Mystical happenings occur on each individual land mass, yet a few of the islands are a popular, thriving location to live or flourish with tourism; a few other islands are well to be avoided by any tourist.
